I began creating Pop Art western images almost 20 years ago in Ft. Worth, Texas. Then, I painted with silk screen (think Andy Warhol). Now I am doing my work with digital camera and computer.
My photographic images are digitally printed primarily on gold leaf and gold-toned aluminum Poly Fiber Board - recycled plastic sandwiched between two layers of brushed aluminum. Images can also be printed on "silver" aluminum, and as a Black & White photograph (also mounted on Poly Fiber board). This medium allows the image to change as light changes, and as one walks about a room. Hangers and spacers are mounted to the backs of each image to make them float off the wall.
Archival inks are used for all of my images. The combination of materials used insure long lasting and durable works of art.
